    The Shoppes at EastChase Farmer’s Market includes many local vendors and festivities for the entire family. Throughout the summer and into the fall, shoppers will find unique, local items such as organic meats, goat cheese, natural bath products and hand-made soaps, honey, sprout breads, pastries, birdhouses and nursery plants in addition to all kinds of great produce.   • Montgomery - Dragonboat Race & Festival - August 26

    The dragons are coming back to Montgomery! More than 60 teams will converge downtown at Riverfront Park to paddle and party for a cause while in pursuit of the Grand Championship Trophy. Off the water, browse various goods from local exhibitors and artists, enjoy food and drink from local vendors, and find a spot to watch the live music from the amphitheatre stage. The Festival benefits two local non-profits, Bridge Builders Alabama and Rebuilding Together Central Alabama. Learn More

  • Montgomery - MGM Burger Bash - September 7

    Chefs from area restaurants throw down to determine who really has the best burger in the city. MGM Burger Bash is a competition-style cook-off that lets attendees cast a vote after sampling all of the burgers. This year, the popular and tasty event will be held on Lower Dex downtown.
